The city of Paris founds the Global Observatory for Air Quality

On March 23, 2017, the Global Observatory for Air Quality was founded as an initiative of the city of Paris. This institute will gather data and solutions from all over the world related to the fight against air pollution, with the goal of fostering exchanges of best practices. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), which is also involved in the project, 3 million people die every year as a consequence of air pollution.
