Paris lacks clean buses

In total, the current fleet of the transport company RATP consists of 4700 buses: 800 hybrids, 74 electric and 140 gas-powered vehicles. As planned in the forthcoming tender, RATP should have "100% clean vehicles" by 2025. However, before the first deliveries in 2020, buses are still missing, particularly clean buses, so 118 old diesel vehicles have to be put back into service. This shows how the overall change in mobility expected on paper can often be delayed.
