COP23 over, what came out?

The World Climate Conference in Bonn comes to an end after 2 weeks of meetings, discussions and political talks. However, some important points were not clarified. For example, how exactly poor countries will be financially supported to enforce climate goals and when the coal exit finally comes. Germany was among the countries that did not comment this issue, because the end of the exploratory talks for constituting the next coalition within the German government has to be awaited. That shows how German politics are paralysed during the long phase of exploratory talks.
