The French State implements few measures against the air pollution

Because of the reluctance of the French State to introduce unpopular measures to reduce the road traffic and the difficulties certain groups face to impose their interests against the automobile lobby, few actions are established to reduce the air pollution, explains the president of the association RESPIRE. Nicolas Hulot, the French Minister of Ecological and Social Transition since Mai 2017, wants to invest in the struggle for improving the air quality. However, the Health Ministry does not show any concrete engagement for its part.
