The Indian government wants to stop sales of combustion engines vehicles from 2030 onwards

Following to the example of Norway, the Netherlands and Germany, the Indian Energy Minister announced that sales of internal combustion engines vehicles in the country will be stopped from 2030 onwards. "We will massively market electric vehicles," he said in New Delhi on 1st May. India, with the world's second largest population, suffers greatly from air pollution, which is mainly caused by traffic.
