Threat of fines for air pollution for Hamburg

The supreme administrative court of the city of Hamburg has declared that the city  will have to pay a fine because it is not ready to present a plan for the improvement of air quality in the city in the coming months. Until June 30, 2017, a catalog of measures must be made available, or else the city will pay 5.000 euros in fines. Hamburg is the only city in Germany where the Green Environemental Badge has not yet been introduced.
